to cheese factories? Molly and I took a mini-vacation to Wisconsin last weekend to procure some cheese. We found a tiny cheese factory in a tiny town about 10 miles into Wisconsin. It in itself was fairly disappointing, but the cheese was good. It was a very nice mini vacation to have.
