Avocado Sauce for SpaghettiPosted by Wint3r (Falcon Heights, United States) on 25 February 2007 in Miscellaneous. Molly and I made some spaghetti the other night, and instead of going with a traditional red sauce with some beef and peppers and corn and whatnot, we decided to make a sauce out of some avocados we had lying around. Two of those, some onion, lime juice, garlic, corn, and sour cream later, we had what you can see here. After we cooked it a little bit we tossed the spaghetti in and then ate up. Pretty tasty, not fantastic, but warm avocado took a bit of getting used to for me. Either way I really like this picture of it. Hope you do too! On a side note - I wonder if this storm is ever going to let up. It started last night and unfortunately rained all night so streets everywhere and my car were sheer ice, and now it has been blowing like nobody's business and going back and forth between snow and frozen rain. Good thing I'm a delivery driver...
