Sausage Step One - The Grinding Triptych

While we were in Michigan to visit my family over Thanksgiving, we spent one morning making some homemade breakfast sausage. This is a picture of my dad grinding up some pre-seasoned pork. I think I'll make this into a little series, so that's all I will say for now. Hope you like it!
