Seasoned Oven-Baked Fries

So Molly and I had this idea that, since I now have a fairly nice camera, it would be cool to compile a from-home cookbook with recipes that we have either made or taken from someone else and altered a bit, and then pair the recipe with a picture also taken by me. I give you, Seasoned Oven-Baked Fries! I have to say they were very very delicious, and the recipe is really easy too. It goes as follows:

3 Russet Potatoes cut into fry shapes
1/4 tsp Fresh Black Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Fresh Chopped Parsley
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Mix that all up and sprinkle them on your fries before you bake them at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for about 35 minutes. Delicious!
