Pumpkin Seeds

Another Halloween come and gone, and this year as we were carving our pumpkin I decided to take all the seeds and cook them. I found a recipe online that said to boil them in a saltwater solution for about ten minutes before baking, and this is a shot of just that. You can see some of the bubbles coming up around the edges of the seeds. They certainly ended up being tasty. Enjoy!
